I spent more than ten years in industrial maintenance, including about five as a journeyman millwright after a four-year apprenticeship through Lane Community College. I’ve kept mill equipment running for Sierra Pacific Industries, Rosboro and others, rigging, aligning and moving machinery that weighs more than most trucks.
I also own and operate rental properties myself. I know what turnovers, moves and vacant weeks look like from the owner’s side, and how much it matters to have someone who shows up.

Home base is Creswell, right in the middle of the southern Willamette Valley. Most of my work is in Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding towns:

To keep things simple, PNW Home Services sticks to hands-on help, not construction, landscaping or trade work. I don’t take on:
- Fixing, altering or building anything attached to the house: walls, floors, doors, cabinets, decks, siding or roofs
- Hanging shelves, mirrors or pictures, or anchoring furniture to walls
- Electrical, plumbing, gas or heating and cooling work, including new outlets, in-wall TV power, new water, drain or vent lines, and gas appliances
- Tree pruning, tree removal, planting, irrigation or hardscaping
- Moving your belongings in my vehicle, or hauling away junk or debris
- Hiring or scheduling trades on your behalf, bookings, rent or deposits (property management)
- Home inspections or written condition reports
- Chimney cleaning
If your job includes any of these, I’ll handle the parts on my list and you can bring in the right professional for the rest.
